1. Purposes and legal basis of processing

The User’s identifying personal data are collected directly in order to satisfy the requests submitted by the User.

The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

a) purposes related to the correct and complete performance of the order placed (for this purpose, consent is not required, as processing is necessary for the performance of the order);

b) purposes related to the exercise of the Data Controller’s rights (e.g. legal defense);

c) purposes related to compliance with obligations imposed by laws or regulations, including obligations under anti-money laundering legislation (for this purpose, consent is not required, as processing is necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations);

d) ordinary marketing activities (sending emails, mail, SMS, newsletters, commercial or advertising communications, etc.).

Data will be retained for no longer than one (1) year from the User’s deletion request sent via email to info@dmecoitalia.com.
After this period, data will be destroyed.

Login and logout logs may be retained longer to address potential cybercrime.


14. Mandatory or optional nature of data provision

Providing data for purposes under Section 1(a) and (b) is necessary; refusal will prevent order execution.
Providing data under Section 1(c) is mandatory due to legal obligations.
Providing data under Section 1(d) is optional.

No automated decision-making processes are used.

Data subjects may exercise rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, complaint to a supervisory authority).
